CURL PREPARATION POLICY Prior to any curly service. Please come with newly washed and styled hair. No buns, clips or ponytail kinks. Allow your hair to be in its natural shape (air dried or diffused). If more time is needed due to hair being wet upon arrival, a fee of $30-$50 will be added to the service price. If there is not enough time in then appointment window, service will be refused and charged 100% and will need to be rescheduled for a different time. All appointments will be confirmed once approved.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments require a credit card on file. Cancellations must be made before 48 hours. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the service will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.
